Mains Fillet of Salmon with Lemon Pesto Served with a rocket and Parmesan salad, and garlic potatoes. Turkey Breast with Sage and Onion Stuffing Served with a wholegrain mustard sauce, chorizo and pancetta sausage, green beans and roast potatoes. Tournedos Rossini* A full, half pound of prime fillet steak topped with a pate in a Rossini sauce served with sauteed potatoes and green beans.
